How do we book a date?

All bookings are on a first come first serve bases. All bookings, Unless otherwise advertised require 25% down of total cost. Your deposit is Non-Refundable.

When does my balance have to be paid off?

Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

What is your alcohol policy?

Yes, with restrictions. Renter is allowed to bring beer in cans. No beer in glass bottles will be allowed. One Liquor bottle per person is allowed. We do not allow ice chests. We have a portable cooler that can be rented for your event. Security personal is required for all alcoholic events.

Do you have a kitchen area?

No. We do not have a kitchen area, however we do provide you with tables to set up your catering or food.

Do we have to clean up?

Absolutely! Renter is required to dispose of any food, drinks, etc. in the garbage. Renter is also required to take out the garbage bags to dumpsters after event is over. We will provide you with trash bags.

How long do we have to clean and clear the hall when event is over?

Each renter must clean and clear the facility within 1/2 hour (30 min). In the event that the hall is not cleared in the allotted time. There will be a $150 rental charge for over use time.

Do you cater? Can we bring our own food?

Yes, we do have exclusive caters that work with us, we can provide you informations upon request. Yes, you can also bring your own food. Your drink station must be in gallons (tea, lemonade, punch, etc) we do not allow ice chest in the venue.

Items Prohibited

We sell ice and set ups for your BYOB liquor, because of this we DO NOT permit ice chests or any type of sodas.
